Cancellation Policy
📅 Booking Policy Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions are held via Zoom unless otherwise specified. Payment is due at the time of booking to confirm your spot. A confirmation email with session details will be sent automatically. 🔄 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund or credit. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session is non-refundable, but you may request one-time rescheduling at our discretion. No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. ⏳ Late Arrival Policy If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your session will be marked as a no-show. 📝 Waitlist Policy If all available sessions are booked, you may request to join the waitlist. Waitlist clients will be contacted via email or text if an earlier slot opens up. You will have 2 hours to confirm a waitlist offer before it is released to the next person.
