By using the service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Purpose and Scope of the Tool
The Social Work Magic/Socialworkly AI Tool is an AI-driven platform built to assist social workers, therapists, counselors, students, and other helping professionals. The tool generates AI responses based on patterns and best practices but does not make clinical decisions or provide legal, medical, mental health, or financial advice, nor does it guarantee accuracy. It is designed to support—not replace—your professional expertise.
Privacy, Confidentiality & PHI
This tool is not intended to collect, store, or protect Protected Health Information (PHI), personally identifiable information (PII), or any confidential client, student, or patient data.
You must not enter real names, dates of birth, case numbers, phone numbers, medical or mental health diagnoses, addresses, or any other identifying or protected information.
This applies whether you are using the tool in the context of employment, education, private practice, supervision, consulting, or other professional or personal use.
Entering PHI or confidential information may violate HIPAA, FERPA, GDPR, or other privacy laws. By using this tool, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for complying with any applicable legal, ethical, or institutional privacy standards.
We do not store personal data entered during sessions. However, the tool uses OpenAI’s API to generate responses. While we do not intentionally store personal information, OpenAI may retain interaction data as part of its service operations and model improvement processes. MAX Unlimited Plan (Monthly): $49/month
Annual Plan: $469/year (20% savings)

A 3-day free trial is included with each plan and provides full access to the tools and features of the selected subscription level. No software is required—access is browser-based from any device with an internet connection.
Prices are subject to change for new users. However, the rate a user agrees to at sign-up will remain fixed for the duration of an uninterrupted subscription. If you cancel and later re-subscribe, current pricing at that time will apply.
Free Trial & Refund Policy
When you sign up for Socialworkly, you’ll receive a 3-day free trial with full access to your selected plan. No upfront payment is required, but a valid payment method must be provided at sign-up.
If you do not cancel by the end of the 3-day trial, your selected plan will begin automatically and your payment method will be charged. We do not guarantee reminder emails — it is your responsibility to cancel before the trial ends if you do not wish to be charged.
You can cancel at any time by logging into your account and visiting “My Subscriptions.”
No Refunds:
Because the trial provides full access before any charges are incurred, we do not offer refunds for charges that occur after the trial ends — including initial payments or automatic renewals.
Subscriptions are pay-for-access, not pay-for-use. You are responsible for canceling on time if you do not wish to be billed.

Service Availability
We aim to maintain reliable access but may experience occasional downtime due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party outages. Service is provided "as-is" without guarantees of uptime.

We rely on third-party services such as OpenAI (for AI functionality), Stripe (for payment processing), and Wix (for hosting). These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved through mediation and, if necessary, binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Limitation of Liability
This tool is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Ernesto Bejarano – Kool Arrow Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tool. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
